Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are due at the time of service. All fees are stated clearly on our website and are to be paid in full to secure your consultation appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

While it's not possible to cancel an appointment, we may consider rescheduling your appointment to another time on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment time.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Non-Service: If for any reason Balidoc is unable to provide the consultation service, a full refund will be provided.

  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our part prevent the consultation from occurring or significantly hinder its quality, a partial or full refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.
