Can you continue my ADHD or anxiety medication while I'm in Bali?
Often, yes. A licensed doctor assesses you first and reviews what you already take. Some controlled medications are restricted in Indonesia. The doctor will tell you honestly what's possible locally and the safest way forward, rather than leaving you without support.
Can I get a refill of my psychiatric medication?
Often, yes, after an assessment. If you're new to Bali Doc, share supporting documents first: your previous prescription, a medical summary or records, or a letter from your treating doctor, in any language, we can work with them. They help our psychiatrist understand your diagnosis and treatment history. A refill is never automatic: any prescription follows the doctor's own clinical assessment and Indonesian regulations, and some controlled medications are restricted in Indonesia.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Your consultation and your mental-health information are handled privately and discreetly, by licensed clinicians. Nothing is shared without your consent.
How does the first step work?
You can start on WhatsApp. Most people do, because it feels private and easy. A licensed doctor still needs to assess you before any prescription, and we arrange that consultation in whichever way is appropriate for your situation. We keep the whole step calm and simple.
What does it cost?
Your first GP consultation is free. If psychiatric care is right for you, a specialist consultation with our psychiatrist is from US$75, and you always see the exact price before you pay.
Do you have a real psychiatrist?
Yes. Care is provided by licensed doctors, with a dedicated specialist psychiatrist for psychiatric assessment and ongoing treatment. Every consultation is with a real, qualified clinician, never a bot.
I'm only here for a short trip, can you still help?
Yes. Whether you're travelling, on a longer stay, or living here, we can assess you and, where appropriate, arrange a bridging prescription and follow-up, usually delivered the same day, anywhere in Bali.
