How your medication is dispensed

How it works

• You have a consultation with a licensed, registered physician.
• If appropriate, the doctor issues a prescription at their professional discretion.
• The prescription is sent to a licensed, BPOM-registered partner pharmacy, which dispenses the medication.
• Your medication is delivered to you, or collected from the pharmacy where required by law.

Licensed & regulated

All medication is dispensed through pharmacies licensed in Indonesia, and the medication itself is registered with BPOM (Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control). Bali Doc does not import, hold, or sell medication directly.

Controlled substances

Certain medications, including controlled substances, cannot be prescribed or delivered, or may require in-person pharmacy pickup and additional checks, in line with Indonesian law. Our doctors will always tell you clearly what is and isn't possible.
