When do I need a home visit instead of a video consult?
If you're too unwell to travel, need hands-on care like an IV drip, wound treatment, or a physical examination, a doctor or nurse comes to your hotel or villa. For many issues a fast video consult plus medication delivery is quicker. Your doctor confirms which is right for you.
How fast can a doctor reach me?
Same-day visits are available across Bali. Message us with your location and symptoms and we'll confirm availability and timing straight away. For minor issues, a video consult can often start within about 20 minutes.

Island-wide, from Canggu and Seminyak to Ubud, Uluwatu, Sanur, Amed and beyond. Availability and travel time vary by area, so share your location and we'll confirm what's possible.
What can a home visit help with?
Bali belly and gastro, dehydration and IV drips, fevers and infections, wounds and motorbike injuries, and general acute care. If medication is appropriate, the doctor prescribes it and it's delivered to you, usually the same day.
